Hello to all the fans and visitors! My name is Kenna Lee, I am the singer/ songwriter for Rusted River.

I grew up in Olney, Illinois. My influences? I remember one Christmas, recieving Reba, Garth, Metallica, and Phantom of the Opera CD’s together. I was attracted to many types of music, and artists. Also, I was quite the sucker for anything to do with Olivia Newton John!  My poor mother saw me running around dressed up in a pony tail and my fluffy slip more than a few times.

When I turned 19, I moved to Indianapolis, IN. This is where I met two of the other members of this band.  I love writing and performing songs with these guys, I am blessed to have them. I started writing my own songs a few more years down the road. Never be afraid to try out what is inside of you, the first two songs I ever wrote, I wrote at the same time, on the same page. This is when things changed for me, and I realized that singing was not something I’d wanted to do, but something I had to do.  It is just who I am. I feel so blessed to have the chance to touch other peoples lives and hearts! Having always been wired differently than most of the people involved my life, I found that I had no choice other than to see where music led me.
